Food and drink for a good climb to Mount Rinjani requires extra energy and we provide healthy, fresh food, fruits and drinks will give you a lot of energy as listed below:

Day 1:
Breakfast
Provided at your hotel

Lunch
Hot Tea / Lemon Tea / Lombok Coffee.
Soft Drink: Coke
Main: White Rice + Fried Vegetables + Chicken, Egg, Tempe, Tofu and Chips.
Fruits: Watermelon, Orange, Apple and Pineapple.

Dinner:
Drinks: Hot Tea / Lemon Tea / Lombok Coffee / Ginger Tea with
Main Meal: Special Fried Rise with Chicken, Egg, Tempe, Tofu and Chips.
Extra: Fruit Salad + Fried Banana and Cheese.

Day 2:
Breakfast
Drinks: Hot Tea / Lemon Tea / Lombok Coffee / Chocolate with Food: Burger Fries and Salad

Lunch
Drinks: Hot Tea / Lemon Tea / Lombok Coffee / Ginger Tea.
Main Food: Noodle Soup with Vegetables, Egg and Chicken.

Main Food: Special Fried Noodle with Chicken, Egg, Tempe, Tofu

1. Mineral Water 1.5 liters / person / day plus mountain water that has been boiled / cooked to your heart’s content.
2. The food and drinks above can change according to the client’s request or conditions during the ascent.
3. For climbers with special diets or vegetarians, you can request a special food and drinks.
4. You can bring special food for extra energy such as chocolate etc
